How to Use Your Tranquil Sleep Crystal Grid Kit:

1. Set Your Intention
   Pick a clear goal, like falling asleep quickly, staying asleep, or having peaceful dreams. Hold the Clear Quartz cluster and say:
   “I release stress and welcome deep, tranquil sleep.”
2. Prepare Your Space
   Put your grid cloth in a quiet spot in your bedroom, like on your bedside table. Sprinkle some lavender flowers nearby to make the space feel soothing.
3. Arrange Your Crystals
   Put the Clear Quartz cluster in the centre. Arrange the Howlite stones around the grid for calm, Hematite for protection, and Smoky Quartz for grounding and relaxation.
4. Activate the Grid
   With the Clear Quartz point, trace an invisible line to connect each stone, following the Vesica Piscis shape. Imagine soft white light moving through the grid.
