    Set up your grid in a quiet, undisturbed spot. Take a few deep breaths. If you like, cleanse your space with smoke before you start.
  3. Build Your Grid
    Put the Smoky Quartz cluster in the centre as your focus stone. Place Hematite for grounding and protection. Add Apache Tears for gentle support. Use Golden Tiger’s Eye for courage and balance. Sprinkle Amethyst chips around the grid for calm, protective energy. Finish by using Clear Quartz to connect and boost the whole layout.

Cleansing Your Crystals

 

Crystals work best when they are cleared and cleansed. Here are some easy ways to cleanse them:
  • Place your crystals in the sun for a few hours. Some crystals may fade if left in the sun too long.
  • Hold your crystals in the smoke of a burning cleansing stick until they are covered.
  • Put your crystals on a selenite plate overnight.
  • Bury your crystals in the garden for 24 hours. Remember where you put them.
  • Rinse your crystal under running water and ask for negativity to be washed away. Some crystals dissolve, so check first.
