When you get your Surrender to Happiness crystals, set your intentions. Sit quietly and hold a crystal in your hand. Breathe and think about your goal for the crystal for a few minutes. Notice your crystal’s energy—they are ready to help.

Cleansing Your Crystals

Crystals work best when they are cleared and cleansed. Here are some easy ways to cleanse them:
  • Place your crystals in the sun for a few hours. Some crystals may fade if left in the sun too long.
  • Hold your crystals in the smoke of a burning cleansing stick until they are covered.
  • Put your crystals on a selenite plate overnight.
  • Bury your crystals in the garden for 24 hours. Remember where you put them.
  • Rinse your crystal under running water and ask for negativity to be washed away. Some crystals dissolve, so check first.
